rAAV-Regulatory Elements NLS

A Nuclear Localization Signal (NLS) is a short peptide sequence that directs proteins to the nucleus by interacting with the nuclear import machinery. Function of NLS:

    • Derived from the c-Myc protein, another effective and commonly used NLS.
